## Who is responsible

Phil Lockwood operates Foxglow Creative as a sole trader and is responsible for the personal information described here. Contact hello@foxglowcreative.co.uk.

Enquiries and commissioned projects

Contact links open your email app. This website has no enquiry form. Your contact details, messages and any information or attachments you choose to send are used to respond to enquiries, discuss projects and deliver commissioned services. Information needed to arrange or deliver work must be provided so that the requested work can proceed.

Where you ask for a quote or commission work yourself, necessary processing is based on taking steps at your request towards a contract or performing that contract (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). General enquiries and correspondence with people representing an organisation are handled on the basis of legitimate interests in responding, communicating and managing the work (Article 6(1)(f)). Records required for tax and accounting compliance are kept on the basis of legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c)).

Foxglow does not send marketing newsletters or unsolicited promotional emails.

Unsuccessful enquiries are deleted after 12 months of inactivity unless there is a legitimate reason to retain them. Project and financial records are kept as necessary to deliver services and meet legal or accounting obligations. The length of time depends on the record’s purpose and the applicable obligation.

Business email uses Mailgun to receive and forward enquiries to Apple iCloud Mail. Replies are sent using iCloud Mail. These providers also process information needed to deliver, secure and operate their services.

Portfolio material

Permission is obtained before identifiable commissioned clients appear in the portfolio. Public street photography is assessed according to its context and intended use. Contact hello@foxglowcreative.co.uk if you have a question about an image of you. Public portfolio material can be seen by visitors worldwide.

Permission to publish commissioned work is not automatically consent under UK GDPR. Where an optional identifiable-client portfolio appearance relies on consent, the choice must be freely given, specific, informed and clearly agreed, with the ability to withdraw by emailing Foxglow. Ordinary publication permission alone is not treated as satisfying those requirements.

Identifiable street photographs are published on the basis of legitimate interests in presenting photographic work only where the contextual assessment supports necessity, fairness and the balance of interests. Being in a public place does not by itself justify publication. Continued publication is reviewed when circumstances change.

Hosting and technical information

Cloudflare hosts and helps deliver and protect this website. It processes technical information such as IP addresses and traffic-routing data for service delivery, security and troubleshooting. Foxglow’s basis for necessary delivery and protection is legitimate interests in operating a reliable, secure website. Cloudflare also processes some information for its own purposes under its privacy policy; its customer data-processing terms describe processing on customers’ behalf.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics on our main website page to understand website traffic and performance, including page views and page-loading performance. Cloudflare states that this service does not use cookies or track individual visitors. See Cloudflare’s Web Analytics privacy information and privacy policy. Routine hosting and security processing still applies, and the public response headers include network-error reporting.

Cloudflare’s published retention criteria depend on processing purposes, necessity and legal obligations. Its data-processing terms also address retention and deletion/return of customer personal data. No site-specific configurable retention period was established, so this notice does not promise a fixed log-deletion period or that no logs exist.

Cloudflare states that UK-to-US processing relies on its UK Extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework certification, with contractual safeguards as applicable. Mailgun/Sinch publishes international-transfer arrangements including the UK extension and contractual mechanisms, and offers US/EU service regions. Apple’s privacy policy describes worldwide processing, including general US storage, and Standard Contractual Clauses for transfers of UK personal data; its iCloud terms describe storage on Apple or third-party servers. These published statements describe the providers’ arrangements, rather than an exact location for each message or an independently audited account configuration. Details of their safeguards can be obtained through the linked provider policies or by contacting Foxglow. Routine provider records are subject to the providers’ applicable retention criteria; no fixed mail-provider log-retention period is promised here.

Arcade records and browser storage

Choose whether to save

Every game can be played without saving. Before optional saved arcade records are loaded or written, you can choose Save and load scores or Play without saving. Saving uses consent; you can withdraw it through Arcade storage in the footer or on this page. Withdrawal stops future access and saving. It does not affect earlier lawful processing.

What is saved

Saved records contain three-character initials, game totals, local high scores, generated score IDs and the Dispatch best score. No online leaderboard is used. Earlier saved records are loaded only when saving is enabled. Choosing not to save leaves earlier records untouched. Nothing in these records is sent to a remote leaderboard by this code.

Delete saved records

Delete saved records and stop saving removes this site’s saved arcade records and retired preference/history keys from this browser and resets the current player. It is a separate, explicit action.

How long records stay

The storage choice itself is remembered for 90 days solely to honour that choice. After it expires, saving is off until you choose again; older records remain untouched. Saved scores have no automatic deletion period and remain until you or your browser clear them, so that the requested all-time score history is retained. The daily table refreshes when used on a new date, without deleting the all-time table. Browser/session fallbacks are read only when saving is enabled. New saved records are written to local storage.

Playing without saving

When saving is off, new player details and scores last for the current page only and disappear on reload or leaving it. Gateway decoration, story progress, sound settings and radio playback/volume stay in page memory. Browser storage may be unavailable or cleared by your browser, so saved records are not guaranteed.

External services

Links to TikTok and the Nordstrom Snuggle Co. Shopify shop take you to separate websites with their own privacy information. They are links, not embedded social feeds. Your email provider handles messages you send from your email app.

Your rights

Depending on the processing and legal basis, you may have rights to access, correct or erase your information, restrict its use, object to processing, or receive a portable copy. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where consent is used, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing.
